Cancellation and Refund Policy

1. The Behavior Connection reserves the right to cancel any class that does not meet minimum enrollment requirements.  Should this occur, I will contact registered participants to reschedule.  If the alternate dates are not convenient for you, a full refund will be issued.
1. Classes affected by inclement weather may be rescheduled, or you may request a refund. A refund will reflect the percentage of classes remaining in the course.  (For example if there are three classes and Class 3 is canceled, then 33% of the registration fee will be refunded)
2. TO CANCEL OR TRANSFER A CLASS send an email to info@behaviorconnection with the words CLASS CHANGE in the subject line and include the following information: (alternatively you may call 630-557-9861 and leave this information on the voice mail)
1. Name
2. Current class for which you are registered (name and dates)
3. Indicate a cancel and refund or a cancel and transfer
3. FULL REFUNDS will be issued if you cancel a registration 10 days prior to the event.
4. PARTIAL REFUNDS will be issued if you cancel a registration less then 10 days, but more then 48 hours prior to the event. A refund of half (50%) of the class fee will be issued. Alternately you have the option of transferring the full class fee minus a $10 service charge to another class or service provided by The Behavior Connection within a 12 month period. (See #7 below).
5. NO REFUNDS will be issued if you cancel a class 48 hours or less prior to the event.
6. ALL REFUNDS will be paid by check mailed to the address you specify within 3 weeks of the date of cancellation.
7. TRANSFER FEES TO ANOTHER CLASS: I will make every effort to accommodate your request to transfer to the same class held at another date or time. You also have the option of transferring your fee, minus a $10 service charge, to a different class or service provided by The Behavior Connection. The following stipulations apply to transfer of fees:
1. The request for transfer of fees must be received at least 48 hours before the originally scheduled class.
2. There is space available in the class you to which you wish to transfer.
3. The transferred fee is used for a class or service provided by The Behavior Connection within 12 months of the original cancellation
